a pleasant hotel experience

I arrived at the hotel and found the staff kind. easter presents were a nice touch. dinner was served on the first floor of the restaurant. It had a beautiful view. the buffet meals tasted delicious, especially the salads. i loved my holiday and will definitely return. I spent an amazing time in the sparkling spa. this whole facility felt divine, and hydromassage felt amazing. i loved my short holiday. The staff were very kind and attentive.

Dinner was served on the first floor of the restaurant, with a beach view. both dinner and breakfast were buffet meals. They had delicious salads and desserts, especially the orange cream, though i did not like that the food was always the same.

my studio garden had all i need. the room included a comfortable bed and sufficient storage space. though cleaniness was not at its best and i found moths in my room? it was a generally pleasing space, the layout was functional, and everything seemed well-kept.

The staff were generally kind. I found them attentive to requests, and easter presents were a very nice touch. They made sure to offer greek specialities. the spa staff were divine, but the reception manager was unfriendly. This inconsistency in service detracted slightly from the overall experience.

the location exist near the beach and night life. the bartender gave excellent service. he was very kind. i loved the service at hermes lounge bar.
little vegetation choice exist at the all inclusive food. this disappointed me.

The resort location is fantastic and right on the beach. It is also close to many restaurants and bars.
The room was not renovated and lacked a rain shower. The bathroom looked 20 years old and in need of updating to match the website description. I also had to ask for shower gel at the reception.
